Office Manager

Nancy

Hi! I am Nancy, the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for our office. The 19 years I have been working with our practice have been life-changing. I have gained both dental knowledge and personal knowledge that has benefited me beyond my time in the office.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending family time with my husband, Patrick, and my children: Alex, Tralee, and Annie. It's a special time right now sharing in my daughter and son-in-law Michael's excitement with their precious children, and my first grandbabies Emmett and Stella. I love to be outside in my garden and I am frequently joined by our five cats that help with the yard work as best they can!

Treatment Coordinator-Tanya

As the primary appointment coordinator for the doctors I have the opportunity to know our patients needs and finesse our schedules to accommodate their varied lives.

This extremely important position can be challenging. My role has an important influence in the dental office regarding technology and efficiency. Switching to a paperless office with a computerized schedule has provided many benefits for us in efficiency, accountability, and communication.

In this regard, I love being the final patient contact as patients/parents complete their experience for that day, perhaps confirming their next appointment, their account status, providing school excuses and the like. I take pride in being gracious and knowledgeable; I want the patient to leave with a warm and confident appreciation of our dental team's professionalism and care.

Hygiene Coordinator- Elise

I have been with DiTomasso Dental since 2009 and absolutely love working with such an exceptional group of ladies! I have a passion for hygiene which started in my days assisting and has since developed into my role as the Hygiene Coordinator handling appointments and treatment. Dental benefits can often be confusing, but I enjoy taking that stress away by helping people understand and maximize what they have available to them.

One of my favorite things to do is dance and I energize our team each morning with a weekly Zumba routine. I am a newlywed and enjoy taking trips with my husband by both land and sea. We recently purchased a motorhome and are always looking for recommendations for weekend getaways. We have a cuddly Shih Tzu who loves to keep us company.

Dental Hygienists

Our registered dental hygienists are highly-qualified and trained to help you achieve optimum systemic health. Each has extended training in the most up-to-date oral health procedures and has access to the latest and best technology for your care.

Johnae RDH- Department Leader

I have been with DiTomassso Dental for 11 year and feel truly blessed to work with such an exceptional group of women. Over the past 11 years I have had the opportunity to work in many areas of the practice including assisting, sterilization and insurance coordinator. My experiences have allowed me to become very familiar with all aspects of patient care.

I have  a strong passion for knowledge and personal growth. I am dedicated to staying up on the most current research and also working with the latest technology available to aide in maintaining our patients' overall health. It is important to not only enhance smiles but also to enrich lives. I love knowing that I am making a difference in my patients' lives, and also that I keep them comfortable while they are in the office. My patients are all like family to me.

I love spending time with my family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy working out, watching or playing sports & traveling anywhere that has an ocean scenery or Disneyland.

Alisia RDA- Department Leader

I have been working for DiTomasso Dental since May 2007. I love working alongside my sister Tanya who is our treatment coordinator.  I have had the pleasure to work with the hygiene team and then take on my role as restorative assistant team leader.  Ensuring your comfort as a patient, keeping you well informed of all tx and steps involved is my number one priority.

I have a beautiful daughter who is 7 years old.  We stay active on the weekends with sports activities and trips to visit my family in Antioch, CA. Some of my favorite places to travel to is  Lake Tahoe and Los Angeles.

  Hygiene Dental Assistants

   Shainel DA - Department Leader

I have been with DiTomasso Dental since June 2012 and have since then expanded both my dental knowledge and skills. As hygiene assistants we have the pleasure of working closely with our highly skilled hygienists to provide exceptional care. We take pride in assuring that each of our patients are fully aware of treatment and benefit portions tailored to their specific oral hygiene needs for their current and upcoming visits. Along with my hygiene duties, I am dedicated to keeping our team members and the office morale at a positive and energetic level. This encourages our team to be motivated while maintaining personal relationships with each other and our patients.

I was raised in Hawaii and recently moved to the Sacramento area after graduating the Dental Assisting program at Carrington College of San Jose. I enjoy cooking and have gained a new interest in growing fresh herbs to use in my recipes. I especially love spending time outdoors with my American Eskimo dog, Kai.
